Nancy Van Sickel

I didn’t grow up in a home that believed in the Bible, but my parents believed there was a God, although we did not discuss it. After I got married, my mother-in-law had a pastor she knew come talk to us. I think we knew something was missing in our lives, and we started attending the church this pastor was from, Mellwood Presbyterian Church. My husband and I came to saving faith in Christ a few months after we started attending Mellwood Church. Mellwood Church became North Park Evangelical Church, and we have been here for almost 45 years. God has worked in our lives to grow and mature our faith and continues to do that in our lives. North Park Church has been my family, and I have loved serving God in ministry at North Park Church.
