Sometimes, you don’t know how far off track you are until you can see yourself more clearly. For me, that came in the dining room of our first home. My then 2-year-old was screaming back at me. Shocked, I realized that it was from ME that he learned that behavior. I felt so convicted about my temper and anger issues. God showed me clearly that I needed to change the way I responded to and treated our son, my husband, and others when they said something I didn’t like. Was I being loving? Was I honoring the other person? I’m so thankful that anger no longer has a hold on me. God has worked greatly in my life!
