STUDENT MINISTRY

Our Story: As a youth group, we are devoted to raising up student who love Jesus Christ, study the Scriptures, value community, serve those in need, share the gospel, and continue to stand firm in their faith after high school. The teenagers in our midst are spiritually thriving
and unashamedly inviting their friends to participate
in the fellowship of our youth group.

Service Projects and Missions Trips

Throughout the year out students seek to serve the Pittsburgh area by partnering with local organizations such as World Vision and Living Ministry. Every July our student embark upon a week-long missions trip that focuses upon serving the needy and spreading the good news of Jesus. In the past, we have traveled to cities such as Providence and Chicago.

Retreats

Weekend retreats are a vitally important component of our ministry calendar. In the Fall, we spend a weekend at Ligonier Camp and Conference Center. During the winter, we join with other EPC youth groups for the EPI Retreat at Beulah Beach, OH.

Membership

We encourage our students to learn more about membership at NPC and prayerfully consider becoming confirmed or adult members (depending upon age). Click here to visit our Membership Resources page.

Parents

We believe that the parents are the primary spiritual nurturers of their children. Therefore, we want to help & assist them in their role. We seek to give regular updates to parents including: ministry opportunities, resources, classes, and encouragement.
