Purpose

Helping men become better sons, better employees, better fathers, better husbands, and better men.

What is Iron Men?

It is a year long commitment to meet weekly for 75 minutes. During this time, there is fellowship, self-examination, accountability, study of the Word and study of supplemental resources. It takes its name from Proverbs 27:17 - "As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another."

Testimony

For me Iron Men was an incredible journey. The challenge and instruction was invigorating to my faith. I can measure the difference in my leadership of my family, my performance at work, and my personal development in ministry. It was a wake up call for me to accept responsibility for myself, my wife and my children. It deepened my vision for how I want to raise my children, especially how to present to them a biblical vision for manhood. It was the catalyst that has spurred me to leadership at home, in the church and in the workplace.
